“DoiTung” hopes that all customers will have the most satisfactiory experience from shopping with us. If your order is damaged because of our mistake, we are willing to refund or exchange within seven days after the delivery. However, only regular priced items can be exchanged or returned. Promotion items are not included. The returned products and packaging must be in good condition.
Exchangeable and Refundable Items
- The item does not match the purchase order or receipt.
- The item is damaged or not in working order since delivery. The customer shall present the evidence of damage whether it is a defect or shipping damage.
- The item is not in normal working order within 7 days after first use.
- As for the exchange of model, color, or type of product, we reserve the right to exchange only the item whose price is equal or higher than the purchased item. The exchangeable item shall not be unboxed, and you shall be responsible for the price difference (if any) as well as the shipping fee.
Exchange and Refund Policy
- The item must be in the like-new condition and has not been used.
- To exchange or return the product, the customer must be responsible for shipping or returning the item back to DoiTung within 7 days after delivery. Otherwise, DoiTung reserves the right to deny exchange or return of the purchase whatsoever.
- DoiTung reserves the right to inspect the item before exchange or refund under the given conditions within 2–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
- In the event that the item is in unacceptable condition, DoiTung reserves the right to deny exchange or return, and we will return it to the customer.
- DoiTung is responsible for shipping the returned item only when the item is damaged due to our mistake (shipping fee must not be over THB150 per order).
- In the event that there is no product available for exchange, DoiTung will give a refund to the customer. The customer’s bank account information will be required for the refunding which shall be completed within 15 working days.

- Our staff will contact you back to confirm your request.
- Send the item, an original receipt, a tax invoice, and the parcel box with Thailand Post’s stamp and barcode to the Sales Department, the Mae Fah Luang Foundation under Royal Patronage

- Our staff will contact you back within 5 working days. After the product inspection is completed and the exchange status is confirmed, the exchange will be completed within 7–10 days after the exchange confirmation. This timeframe does not include the shipping process via a postal service (for handmade products. the duration of exchange/return depends on the available stock).
